Processing Time

• Ready-to-ship items: Typically ship every Thursday.

• Made-to-order items: Please allow 4 weeks for production before shipping, unless otherwise noted in the product description (e.g., pre-orders).

Shipping Time

• Once your order is shipped, delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method:

  • Standard: 2-6 Business Days

  • Express: 1-3 Business Days

Pre-Orders

• For pre-ordered items, shipping will occur 8–10 weeks after the pre-order closing date, as noted in the product listing.

Shipping Rates

• Calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
  

Tracking

• A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

• Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates.

Lost or Delayed Packages

• We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.

• If your package is lost, please contact us so we can assist in filing a claim or resolving the issue where possible.

• If your package is over $100, we suggest adding insurance to your product as Australia Post will only cover up to $100.
